If it's September we must be headed to Greenville! What a great venue to present our FOCI themed quarterly training meeting.
Join us on Friday, 16 September as our host Fluor Corporation has set up a great day for us utilizing the theme of FOCI/Export Control Issues. Fluor Corporation is located in Greenville, South Carolina at 100 Fluor Daniel Drive.
Sean McMillan, Fluor FSO will kick off our training by welcoming everyone. For those of you who didn't know, Chris Beals is retiring but he'll be at this final training session to say goodbye to all his friends & peers.
As you may know, FOCI & Export Control are not your regular, 'easy to answer' Security topics so we've brought the experts to you to present their material and answer any questions you may have. Brian Kaveney is traveling all the way from St Louis and Kevin Cox from Durham to provide us their expertise on "Mitigating FOCI Issues". Brian is not only an NCMS member but he's also a lawyer who specializes in assisting companies with FOCI issues. Kevin Cox is a retired DSS agent who has seen it all with respect to FOCI issues. Together they'll present what you need to know to ensure your company is on the right track or how to know when there's an issue.
Jan Hoffman, President of Compliant Connections will be presenting from Wisconsin via Webex on Export Control. Jan is the man to talk to if you've got Export Control questions.
